Returns and Refunds Policy

While offering a wide range of high-performance products, we also provide a comprehensive return and refund policy to protect your consumer rights as well as our mutual interests.

Return Policy Period
We offer a 14-calendar-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you must provide your order number and supporting evidence (such as photos or order confirmation).
Once we receive your request, we will review and respond to it within 1–2 business days, based on the reason and evidence provided.

1. For Cases Involving Product Quality Issues

If you find any quality issue upon receiving the product, please contact us immediately at support@qalibmobile.com.
We will provide two options for you to choose from:

Option 1: Return and full refund

Option 2: Replacement shipment

You will not need to bear any cost under either option.

If you choose a refund, a full refund will be issued within 1–3 business days.

If you choose a replacement, the new item will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

As an apology for the inconvenience, we will also provide you with a $2 no-minimum-spend discount coupon, which you can use on Qalibmobile.com for any purchase.
In addition, you do not need to return the defective item.
(Please note that we may request photo or video evidence to confirm the issue before processing your refund or replacement.)

2. For Cases Involving Receipt of Incorrect Items

If you find that the received item is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@qalibmobile.com
.
We will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you. Once confirmed, the correct item will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
Under this solution, you do not need to return the incorrect item — you may keep and use it as a small token of our apology!

3. For Other Cases (Non-quality and Non-incorrect Items)

Since we offer free shipping services, we apply different handling options depending on the shipping status of your order:

(a) For items that have already been shipped:

Your item must be in the same condition as when received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return request is approved, please ship the item to the address we provide.
Return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will issue a partial refund (50% of the total order amount) within 1–3 business days.

(b) For items that have not yet been shipped:

We will issue a full refund within 1–3 business days.

(c) For opened or used items:

Unless there is a quality issue or you received the wrong item, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Definition of Product Quality Issues

Upon receipt, obvious damage, defects, or malfunctions in the product are considered product quality issues.
However, defects caused by improper use, human damage, or similar factors are not considered product quality issues.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products, items marked as “Final Sale,” or items that have been used or altered.
